Month: June 2016
The idea is for a collection of short one act plays to be performed back to back.
Minimal set – one table, and two chairs.
Interested in beings part of it? The show needs actors, directors, and some inovative scripts.
The set will be one table and two chairs…. and as many props and sound effects as you need.
Fancy the challenge?
Okay, you can all stop this in/out bickering now. The fact is WE WILL REMAIN part of the EU.
How do I know?
I know because we British are scared of change. No matter how green the grass seems on the other side we will always stick with the brown and muddy patch of land that we know. We don’t like things to change. We like the familiar.
Why else would we have voted for the Tory party (and a Labour Party that was strikingly blue) so many times?
We may not like things the way they are but the way things are are safe. We know what we have and we know what we don’t have.
Change is bad. We enjoy being stagnant. It gives us a sense of belonging in the world.
We will remain in Europe because we think no one really likes us and we are scared no one else will have us.
So, debate over. Let’s get on with our lives.
Disclaimer – I’ve not eaten since midday and just drank two pints of strongish cider. It could be the apples talking.
Oh, my ride is here. Time to go home.
